[sarex] ISS heard

MIR has been using 143.625 for several years and most likely ISS ALPHA
will continue. I hear them on most passes in Mass and have many tapes of
cosmanauts & astronauts. Arthur N1ORC@AMSAT.ORG., PS Just heard them very
well on the 0855 pass EST.
