Re: soundcard modems for pactorIII

Pactor III is a proprietary protocol developed by SCS for the commercial market 
and is, I believe, patented, so developing a soundcard program to decode it 
would land one in legal hot water.  
So, short answer:  No, there are no soundcard modems for Pactor III.
