new device for homebrewers

Maybe I'm behind the times, but this device sure caught my attention:
New Infineon (http://www.infineon.com) SiGe *bipolar* low-noise transistor.
>Not a GaAsFET.
>Unconditionally stable from at least 125MHz to 15GHz (ft is 40GHz!).
>GammaOpt at 2.4GHz is 0.08...meaning, essentially no noise matching is needed! NFmin=0.74dB at 2.4GHz.
>Associated transducer gain is ~20dB.
>Associated bias is 3.0Vce and 8mA Ic.
>Best part: single pieces are USD0.69...yes, sixty-nine cents US.

Who will be first to demo an assembled AO-40 LNA using this part?
