[amsat-bb] P3T Software an Socket Error 1100

Hello
I am trying to link the P3T program with the AO-40rcv program.
On my pc is Windows ME running and I get the error "Windows Socket Error
(1100). TCP/IP is installed and I have red the manuals of both of this
excellent programs, but nothing solves this problem.
Has anybody some experience with this problem ?
