I'd be curious if it can really put out any power between 225 and 400 MHz.
My feeling is that tuning out of band RX is relatively easy, but I doubt
the transmit circuits are broadbanded.  I'd need to konw how much power
out can be obtained lets say at 250 MHz and 300 MHz (into a dummy load of
course)...
