Re: Military UHF (TDZ) xmtr needs home (fwd)



As Tony has already answered, yes it does AM.  Since there are so many of 
the 847s out there, it would be a good rig for the task.  The question that 
begs to be asked:  Why would you build a satellite using Mars 
frequencies?  A 2 meter uplink would put it squarely into the hands of many 
more users, and increase the functionality.  'splain Lucy
