[amsat-bb] 100KHz wide snapshot of AO-40 Passband

Here is a 100 KHz wide waterfall of the AO-40 passband at 20:28z on 12/29.
You can clearly see the beacon, CW signals, SSB signals and Leila. Leila is
the tone that moves back and forth left to right.
