R: Oscar 40??

Hi Frank K0BLT,

At 03:10 UTC orbit 993 day 29 december 2002 AO40 was at MA 114.7
and probably RUDAK was ON because RUDAK is scheduled from MA 110 to
MA 126 since december 22

The AO40 transponder is ON from MA 050 to MA 110 and than from
MA 126 to MA 200

RUDAK is ON when under control from USA and at 03:10 AO40 was
over USA.

I hope............all is OK ! !
