[amsat-bb] AO40 beacon + 20 net

Just a reminder, the beacon + 20 net on 29dec02 2 0100Z.

Net frequency in the future will largely be determined by participation,
and others volunteering to take the net...

My personal cut-off is 0200z, but anyone is welcome to take over at that
time until RUDAK cut-off at ~0250z......
