RE: Klystron info



If you want more info, two excellent source books are:

"A Manual of Vacuum Practice", L. Martin & R. Hill
"Procedures in Experimental Physics", J. Strong - ch 1, "Glass Blowing" & ch
3, "Technique of High Vacuum"

Both of these date to the '30s and '40s when "Real Scientists" had to make
their own equipment <GRIN>!  They are available at a (IMHO) reasonable price
from Lindsay Publications.
