Hi AMSATs,
My topic is not directly related to the satellites, but I think here I have
to most chance
to find someone who can help me :-)
What I am looking for is information about Klystron tubes.
I am looking for technical details like sizes of the cavities,
distances between the cavities, how to calculate the operating voltages, how
to calculate
the electron speeds etc etc...
My interrest is mainly from 3cm and up in wavelength :-)
I also like to know some (easy) ideas how to make enough vaccuum for a
Klystron.
Ofcourse I am looking for KISS (Keep It Stupid Simple) amateur ideas :-)
I have some idea, but maybe someone else has a better one...
I am just trying to collect some data for another crazy idea haha.
