[amsat-bb] safir-m this evening

Hi All
I captured one packet from SAFIR-M this evening just before it went into 
eclipse using AGW-Packet Engine and UISS:-
Fm DP0AIS To DATA1 Via -8,-11,-8,,,7,,-8 <I R0 S0 pid=0>[18:09:26]
Keps for Payload A seemed to fit nicely.
