[amsat-bb] AO40 beacon+20 net

The next session of the AO40 beacon+20 net will be on 29dec02 at 0100z.
Good sqints for all of the US, Canada, Alaska, Eastern Pacific, with NZ
peeking in towards the end of the period.

After RUDAK the squints have improved for all of the Pacific for the western
half of the US and Canada...
