I just listened to Payload C (approx 0009 UTC - 23 Dec 2002) and nothing heard -
and now at http://amend.gmxhome.de/2lines.htm their saying RUBIN2 is Payload E
but I also just listened to a pass of Payload E (2 minutes after Payload C's
pass ended) with nothing heard either.
