[amsat-bb] RUBIN-2 and Saudisat C

It looks like according to http://amend.gmxhome.de/2lines.htm that RUBIN 2 is
"Payload C" (object 27607) and not "SL-24 R/B - RUBIN 2" (object 27610) as
originally believed. There is about a 2 minute difference between the two, so
the "SL-24 R/B - RUBIN 2" keps I sent before will be close.

They also believe "Payload D" (object 27608) is "Saudisat C".
