I believe I heard Rubin2 key with no audio, I saw the S-meter go up to S4-S5
briefly on the 1950 Eastern time pass over the U.S.- I'm north of Atlanta.

The web also reports Rubin2 launch. Rubin-2 carries amateur radio
payload SAFIR-M. It's estimated KEPS is on the following web site.
Who will catch the first new satellite signal??
