I tried importing the TLEs listed on http://amend.gmxhome.de/Launch.htm
(as noted below). Nova says it doesn't recognize them as valid keps.
Anybody got any ideas?

The web also reports Rubin2 launch. Rubin-2 carries amateur radio
payload SAFIR-M. It's estimated KEPS is on the following web site.
Who will catch the first new satellite signal??
