RE: Kansas City Tracker
I used it, and other tracking programs, with the KR-400 and KR-500. Worked
fine.
Basically, you need to build some sort of switching to install in the
controller box in order to use the KCT/T. I recall there was a "high
current" version which would drive relays directly. You can do it solid
state switching, or some inexpensive relays. From past experience, make
certain that the relays will switch a couple of amps or so at AC. Most of
the tiny ones derate quickly when you get away from DC, and remember, you
are switching inductive loads. Radio Shack used to have some solid state
switches, rated at 6 amps, which I used for years.
