[amsat-bb] Europe and Asian amateurs north of 60 deg.

Greetings:

I would like to get in touch with any active AMSAT satellite users or VHF 
operators who are north of 60 degrees in Europe and Asia.  If you are 
located north of 60 degrees latitude or know anyone who is active on VHF 
north of 60 degrees please contact me at VA3LK@RAC.CA.

Any help in finding amateurs in Europe or Asia north of 60 will be greatly 
appreciated.  Canadians and US (Alaska) are NOT of interest for this 
possible experiment.
