[amsat-bb] ktrack compile problem

I'm using Redhat 8.0. I believe I've installed all of the
requisite libraries/packages, but when I compile the latest
ktrack, and run it, it fails to display the map, and pops up
a lot of error windows that basically say I have not
compiled in JPEG support.

I've got libjpeg and also libjpeg6b. The config appears to
recognize libjpeg6b is there, but the final compile does not
include libjpeg.

Anyone have any experience with this?
