[amsat-bb] Anybody know if there is life at DEM?

Gents:
Sorry to be slightly off topic . . .. hoping somebody can tell what's
going on.

Made an order at DownEast Microwave Web site several weeks ago;
confirmation number received, no parts.

Have been calling for 3 days now, voice line is always busy.  Sent FAX
inquiry, which was acknowledged by their fax machine, but no
voice/email/parts response.

Hopefully somebody can please tell me that DEM is OK and just busy???
