 First I like to say... I LIKE YOUR WEB PAGE'S.
next well if the control operator says there is no
transponder / repeater then I guess I was mistaken.
I have looked all over the net and can find very little
information on this satellite.
But boy wooden it have been nice to have a new one now.  I my self like the
one's with HF downlink..
