[amsat-bb] interference

Turned on ao-40 last night. Started tuning everything in and noticed a
strong noise pluse. About every 3 seconds. Pegged the s meter at s-9 plus 20
 Could copy fb, but every 3 seconds would get this quick pluse. Then a
couple hours later I got a steady noise that took out the passband completly
  Any Ideas? Did the usual checks with connections and turning on the
downconverter(uek-3000) with no luck. Checked it this morning and its clear
as a bell.
