Re: RE: Calibration of AZ-EL




Hi All,

I was tracking sun and the shadow remained right in the middle.  I was
quite pleased with results and tracked the sun on all days when it wasn't
tracking anything else.  My friend David, 9M2DT made a valid point that it
was all right to track sun but I was also cooking my feed.  Since then I
now use is it sparingly to check the alignment now and then to compensate
for any misalignment due to elements.
