Hi Cliff,

I can't remember the people involved, but perhaps you do.  Perhaps they are no
longer involved with hamsats??  I've seen no response from any of them...

On O7 and O8, both tremendous signals, a group was attempting the same 
thing, but
as I remember, they did not succeed because of the variation is signal strength
caused by many factors.

Perhaps more sophisticated equiment exists today...I doubt we have any more
sophisticated people...that those involved at that time...
