[amsat-bb] ALSAT-1 Update

Howdy Chris,

Yes, I agree as I listened to RS-20 Moyzhetz and the doppler as it passed
almost straight overhead shifted from 435.330 down to 435.310 so I think Leo
heard this and not ALSAT. Now I am sure !!!!!  Excellent observation by you
and I observed the same here in Montana.

This was my response to Chris G7UPN as he mentioned that ALSAT-1 was in the
commerical bands and not the Amateur Bands.  Thanks Chris
