This is highly unlikely!
AlSat-1 does not have any downlinks in the amateur bands - it's downlink
(and uplink) are in the commercial S band spectrum (2050MHz up / 2220MHz
down - approx).

GM from Bill K7MT AMSAT 33461.
Chatted with W7JPI (LEO - Low Earth Orbit) on UO-14 this morning and he
indicated that he heard ALSAT-1 on 435.312 + - doppler earlier today. This
is first report of anyone hearing ALSAT-1 so I will listen up on the next
pass this morning.
