I have found that the folks at Applied Industrial Technologies have been
very good at solving bearing problems (They used to be called Bearings,
Inc.)  I bought 1000 bearing balls for Tailtwister T2X (0.375" as I
remember) for somewhere around 10 or 15 dollars.  If you can, bring an
existing bearing ball to the shop with you so they can match it ... I
would be surprised if Yaesu didn't use a metric one.
