[amsat-bb] AO-40 Update, 2002-12-10

RUDAK will be on for 72 minutes (16 MA units) from MA 136 to 152 on 
selected orbits over RUDAK command stations.  The tasks to be accomplished 
are discussed in Jim White's amsat-bb post yesterday.  Note that the middle 
beacon and passbands will be off during RUDAK sessions.
