[amsat-bb] Rudak Active

Howdy,

For those of you on AO-40 tonight (like me) who suddenly heard the 
transponder shutdown, have no fear. Rudak is back. Here's the schedule from 
AMSAT-DL

The passband interval has been extended to MA=200.
   ALON/ALAT is nominally 0/0 with station keeping.
   RUDAK will be active 72 min. on some orbits, see below
