The objects were swapped on Wednesday evening at NORAD. This may take some
time to filter through all the places where elements are disseminated. If
you're using old elements (older than epoch time on day 338) then they will
still be the other way around.
This observation is confirmed from on-board navigation sensors on AlSat (GPS
and NavMag) and given that these two objects are a long way apart and we're
tracking using a 3.7m dish, there's little doubt that we're tracking the
correct object...

MOZHAYETS
1 27560U 02054B 02338.78315339 .00001109 00000-0 27084-3 0 116
2 27560 98.2397 223.3975 0044784 53.9395 306.5934 14.53950776 942
I confirmed that MOZHAYETS keps was tracking correctly this object,
but I did not hear today CW even if I used the keps above, although
I heard it a few days ago by using ALSAT-1 keps.
