[amsat-bb] UO-22

Howdy from Bill K7MT in Montana.

I would like an elmer for digital birds like UO-22. Using FT-847, DSP-2232
(all cabled up for 1200 and 9600), wisp (unregistered) just downloaded to
learn about digital modes.

I can copy UO-22 on the downlink using packratt for windows by AEA but do
not know how to set up wisp to automatically hook up to UO-22.
