[amsat-bb] AMSAT QSL BUREAU ?

One of the QSL routes for the recent W6FOG/6Y5 satellite operation was via 
the AMSAT QSL BUREAU.  Can someone tell me about the bureau, such as who 
personally maintains it. What are the envelope size requirements and 
quantity, and generally how much business comes that way. I never know it 
existed and can't seem to easily locate any info about it on the AMSAT web
