[amsat-bb] AO-40 AGC/ALC

I am looking for information on what the AGC setting are for the various
uplink receivers on AO-40.  Along with that I'm trying to understand what
drives the transmitter ALC.  Looking through all my past Journals and the
usual web sites, I can't seem to find any specific information on these two
sub-systems.  I've also tried looking at the archived telemetry but can't
seem to find any direct relationship.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
