Hi Group,
I was wondering if anyone out there uses the 847 to power there
downconverter instead of using a DC injector or something to that nature. I
purchased the AIDC 3733 downconverter and before it ships out, I wanted to
make sure the 847's external 12 volt/300mA power supply would do the trick?
I talked with the guy I'm buying it from and he said as long as I bypass the
7812 voltage regulator that it should work off the receiver's voltage.
Makes sense to me, I just wanted to check with others that may already be
doing this!
Thanks for the help,
Chad
