Nothing got 'switched' as such. NORAD don't have any way to know which
object is which, so they simply put a name to things and wait for the
spacecraft operator to advise which is which...

my recent observations last night indicate that AlSat-1 keps fit RS20 closer

than Mozayets ,perhaps they have got switched round somehow?
