There are two new receipients of the Oscar Satellite Communications Achievement 
Award. They are..

Robert Gee, W9QO #349
John Voss, W9VX #350

They will be receiving their certificates shortly. 

For those chasing the newest AMSAT award, the Elmer Award, there are several 
people that are really close to the basic award. They only need one or two more 
QSO's to complete it.
