PCsat loading in Europe

Someone sent me this file from the 26th over Europe. Notice at 01:20:51
the Batteries were at 15.5 volts each (16.8 is fully charged (12 cells)).
But in less than 2 minutes trying to support an unauthorized CONNECTION
to the command port, the batteries were run down to 13.6/14.3 volts.
PCsat dies below that.

Everyone makes mistakes, but PCsat has a clearly published user service
agreement that tells users exactly what is expected for use of the
spacecraft. And this has been translated into many languages. In
general, we have been quite pleased with users adherence to the published
guidelines. Using any kind of CONNECTION either -to- or -through- PCsat
is not authorized. CONNECTIONS waste power and bandwidth... as can be
seen below:

in less than 2 minutes due to this one station. No, it probably would not
have made much difference, but every little bit helps...
PCsat dies at below 13 volts.
