[amsat-bb] Rs-21 Telemetry Resumed and on 2 Meters!

Copied the following RS-21 telemetry at AOS Wednesday March 27 2002 at 
00:33::18 UTC on 435.347.960.

----, MRX 0, RS 21, UBS 133, IBS 20, USUN 28, ISUN 0, ITXA 9, PTXA 0, TTXA 
144, ITXB 0

LOS 00:39:44 at 435.334.520

On the next pass at AOS of 02:07::31  UTC  Kolibri was on 2 meters!
AOS at 145.824 with the following telemetry.

TTXA 146, ITXB 3, PTXB 0, TTXB 149, TFLV 144, TFLN 134, TPPA 141, TPPB 144, 
MTX 51, MRX 0, RS 21, --- , IBS 25, USUN 31, ISUN 0, ITXA 9, PTXA 0, TTXA 
147, ITXB 3, PTXB 0, TTXB 149, TFLV 137, TFLN 128, TPPA 144, TPPB 144, MTX 
51, MRX 0, RS 21,

LOS at 02:16::58 on 145.818.4 MHz

I have a report that it was on 435 at the same time as it appeared on 2 
meters but can not confirm this myself.. Can anyone else confirm?
Telemetry decoder would be helpful.
