[amsat-bb] RS-21 speaking

Hi all,
At the end of the pass Tuesday 2148 UTC RS-21
, Kolibri, started speaking in Russian.

This was at 435.335 MHz, FM.

I had only 1½ min. left of the pass, when it started
 - but the signal was very good.
