[amsat-bb] AO-27 again

Hi all,
Sorry if I bore you with this.

After re-reading about TEPR it seems clear to me that
AO-27 entered into sunlight at 15:35:51 on the pass I listened
to.
With TEPR 4 equal to 32 it means that AO-27 should turn on
at 15:51. That was the case.
On the next pass AO-27 entered sunlight at 17:16:45 and should turn
on at 17:32 which it did.
Is this planned ??
