[amsat-bb] Kolibri 2000 RS21

Just from an East Coast USA point of view...signals are very strong, CW not 
FM, doppler shift is vicious, starts at approx 435.336 and settles at 
435.330.....copied on the first 2 passes near east coast 3/20/02...Miles' 
keps are right on these passes...receiver is a PCR-1000 with a 2 meter 
groundplane (just so-so for sensitivity)
