[amsat-bb] 3733/drake drift

HI guys,

I think ive found one of the causes (a big one) of the drift on 3733's
and drake converters.
if the distance between the xtal case and the pins where the xtals leads
are mounted is less then
1/8" the capactance from the case causes frequency shifting.  on one
converter by moving the
xtal away from the pins i reduced the drift from > 1khz/min  to
<90hz/min.
try it .
