They are available.

There are four 'super-bands' - HF+6m, 2m, 70cm and 23cm. As long as the RX
is on one of the 'super-bands' and the TX on the other, you're set.

This means that you can work RS12/13 in modes A and T but not in mode K
which has uplink and downlink in the same 'super-band', ie HF up and HF
