[amsat-bb] APRStk and APRSdata updates

I just updated APRStk.exe and APRSdata.exe.
They are both now distributed together in:

  ftp://tapr.org/aprssig/dosstuff/APRSdos/astk-exe.zip

APRStk is APRSdos with full automatic Satellite tracking, Rig control for
the Kenwood APRS radios, and Rotator control for the Radio Shack $64

APRSdata is similar but is designed to be run one-copy in each APRS region
to send Satellite-in-view data to the front panel of all Kenwoods in the
state to alert mobile operators in real time of satellites in view.
