Jonathan, if you to www.amsat-dl.org and you click on the ao-40 link, 
you will see that James Miller forecast when AO-40 would return to 
0/0.  In fact there is mention of wanting to watch to see how 
accurate those predictions are as we go thru this process.

Take a look, think it sometime in April if memory serves me correctly.
