[amsat-bb] PCRSAT - first release

I wrote a linux application to control Icom PCR1000 receiver, capable also
to track doppler satellite using data coming via socket from PREDICT. (see
http://www.qsl.net/i3vfj/soft )
This program is part of a project developed at local radioclub to setup a
satellite station.
The project use Predict from John KD2BD, with a antenna controller developed
by IW3FOL ( http://digilander.iol.it/iw3fol ) named PIC/TRAC, and a PCR1000
receiver.
Web page explaining more is under construction.
