[amsat-bb] Beacon AO-40

Hello,

just in this moment  04:40utc and MA-73 I'm receiving from A=-40 the beacon 
with S-7 but without informations.
All menu like Temperature,Matrix, etc are BLANK.
The raw informations had not equal parameter.
So my question it's this normal ? because is my first time this situation.
