I could often copy the ISS on 143.625 MHz FM when I lived in Amsterdam, so 
I'm sure you would be able to hear it too. Almost all of the radio traffic 
was in Russia (fortunately, a local club member spoke Russian, and would 
translate the significant bits into Dutch).
