Arctic Vehicle Comms via PCSAT

The APRS system is tracking our Arctic Ice remote traveler just fine via
PCsat on 5 passes a day.

Here are the packets captured by the APRS Internet system for 2 March for
our ARctitc truck driver in Extreme northern Canada.  I have abbreviated
most of the packets to fit on one 80 character line for readability

Several things to note:
1) we get good comms with his mobile on every pass...
2) the PCSAT Store/fwd system is working.  See PCSAT-11>ALOG pkts. They
have the original packet in 3rd party format with time stamps in the
digi fields.  (But the PCSAT-11 clock was never set).
3) We see many different IGate formats (non standard)

Some day we hope that all APRS authors will agree to a common IGate
injection and identification format so that all of these packets look the
same and make sense to everyone...  To reconstrcut the original packets
use these appreviation equivalents:

AIRT   = Arctic Ice Remote Trucker
MMet   = Mic-E/M2/Enroute
L/Lon1 = 6336.61N/11207.25
L/Lon2 = 6336.63N/11207.25
A      = APK101
